Just have to say too, I have just gotten back from my swim with the kinda class and OMG it was actually soooooo great! I can't wait to go back on Thursday!! LOL LOL! Didn't want to get out of the pool, even when the water was cool. It actually woke me up for the day. HAHAHAHAHA!
